ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed for mandamus to direct the respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.20355/2016/A2 dated 26.07.2022. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was issued a Charge Memorandum by the respondent on 26.07.2022 but still there are no final order has been passed by them. Hence, the learned counsel prays to pass final order in pursuance of the Charge Memorandum dated 26.07.2022, within a reasonable time.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent would fairly submit that they would pass final order according to its own merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In such view of the fair submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to pass final orders within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, according to its own merits and in accordance with law.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
