These applications have been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time for the arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral awards for a period of six months.

2. As directed by this Court on 23.07.2025, the applicant has effected substituted service on the respondent by effecting paper publication. The paper publication has been filed along with Affidavit of Page No.1 of 3

Service. The name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list today. The respondent remains un-represented. Hence, the respondent is set exparte.

3. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application, sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for, by granting extension of time for the arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the arbitral awards for a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
