PRAYER: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to impugned punishment order dated 06.08.2024 bearing No.B2/Tha.Pa.05.2024 passed by the 2 nd respondent and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.08.2024 passed by the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.08.2024, he restricts his prayer to give liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate Appellate Authority.

4. In view of the above submissions, without going into the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate Appellate Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
