This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in S.C.No.164 of 2022 on the file of the learned Session Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) at Villupuram and quash the same.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the 1st respondent police. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both parties along with their respective counsels have appeared before this Court. Further, a Joint memo of compromise has been filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant and the 8th petitioner before this Court. As per the terms of compromise, the 2nd respondent's son and the 8th 2/5

petitioner herein have agreed to a mutual settlement in connection that they have filed the Joint memo of compromise before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2569 of 2021 which is the connected case herein

Considering the joint memo of compromise filed by both parties this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.164 of 2022, on the file of the learned Session Judge, Mahila Court (Fast Track Court) at Villupuram, is quashed and the terms of joint memo of compromise has been filed in the typed set of papers along with this petition, shall form part and parcel of this order.
