O R D E R

The petition is to quash the final report in C.C.No.49 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chidambaram for the alleged offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 447, 506 (2) of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent that six witnesses have already been examined out of nine witnesses by the prosecution.

3. In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all their contentions before the trial Court. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
