This application is filed to condone the delay of 470 days in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for non-applicant 1 opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned. Specific dates are not given.

We have gone through the affidavit and the additional affidavit filed along with the application.

The order was passed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The applicant was suffering from Jaundice. It is trite that whenever case for substantial justice and technical considerations are pitted against each other, cause for substantial justice stands sub served.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the additional affidavit, the delay of 470 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
