This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report under Section 173(1), Cr.P.C. and file a charge sheet against one Subburaj for offences under Sections 498-A, 323 and 494 of IPC within a time frame prescribed by this Court, after conducting a proper enquiry in Crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
