O R D E R
This matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court, vide order dated 18.07.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19271 of 2025 with certain conditions. However, in paragraph No.6(c), the condition has been wrongly mentioned as "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and thereafter 1/3
as and when required for interrogation" instead of "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation". Further, in paragraph No.6 of the order, satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned as "Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet" instead of "Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur" and the same was reflected in the order copy. Hence, he prayed for the issuance of a suitable order to rectify the same.
3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to substitute the satisfaction Court as "Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur" and the condition as "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation" in the order dated 18.07.2025. 28.07.2025 AT Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue fresh copy of the order.
