Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been averred that while the office of the complainant was shifted from Umpherson Street, Chennai to Prakasam Salai, Broadway, George Town, Chennai and some of the documents have been misplaced and thereby the delay of 211 days in filing the criminal revision.

Notice was ordered to the respondent, notice was served and Affidavit of Service has been filed, there is no representation for the respondent. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition this petition is ordered and the delay of 211 days in filing the above criminal revision, against the judgment, dated 24.09.2018, passed in C.A.No.344/2017, by the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, is hereby condoned.
