This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.10395 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 in Para No.7(c) that the petitioner should appear before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of six months.
