Prayer: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the code of Civil Procedure, against the judgment and decree dated 06.11.2017 made in A.S.No.45 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Villupuram, reversing the judgment and decree dated 27.07.2015 made in O.S. No.338 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram.

JUDGMENT

It is seen from the notes paper that the sole appellant has died long back and no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased appellant.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that, in spite of his efforts, there is no response from the legal heirs of the deceased appellant to proceed with the appeal.
