(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 22.07.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.15972 of 2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.K.Muruganandham, learned counsel representing Ms.D.Geetha, learned counsel on record for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
