The revision is filed for a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu, to conduct speedy trial and dispose of GWOP.No.229 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondent is 1/4

dispensed with.

4.Considering that the age of the minor, namely 11 years and pendency of the Guardian OP for the past five years and without going into the merits, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of GWOP.No.229 of 2019 pending on its file, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
