ORDER
Today i.e. 27.02.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away two months back.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner has paid the entire due to the respondents bank on 27.03.2024 and the third respondent has also handed over the original documents to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner herein .

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition, Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
