A.No.1255 of 2024 has been filed to declare 12th defendant/Rinaldo as a major person to proceed in the above civil suit proceedings. A.No.1256 of 2024 has been filed to discharge of guardianship of the applicant J. Rajakani to her son J. Rinaldo, the 12th defendant in the above suit. A.No.1257 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 260 days in filing the written statement of the defendants 11, 12 and 13 in the above suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.
