When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
