Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition has been filed by the Claimant to condone the delay of 953 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.101908 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 who is present in Court undertakes to file Vakalat. She has no objection in allowing the petition on condition that the claim of interest for the period of delay of 953 days to be waived.

3. Based on the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-2/Insurance Company, the petition is allowed on condition that the Appellant/Petitioner /Claimant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 953 days.
