ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of O.S.No.252 of 2021 filed by the petitioner within the time frame stipulated by this court.
2. Dr.S.Suriya, the Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
3. The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking a declaration that the father of the petitioner namely Saminathan is the legal heir of the deceased Pakkiri Velar, grand father of the petitioner and for other reliefs.
4. A perusal of the E-Court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the suit has been adjourned from time to time from 10.03.2022 onwards for filing of written statement by the official respondents.
5. Since the matter has been adjourned from time to time from 10.03.2022 onwards for filing of written statement without any substantial progress, this court is inclined to issue a direction to the court below to 2/4
dispose of the suit. Therefore, the court below is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
