The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 396 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.101914 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-2/Insurance Company undertakes to file Vakalat. He has no objection in allowing the petition provided the claim of interest for the period of delay of 396 days is waived.

3. The petition in C.M.P.No.15930 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 396 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.101914 of 2025.
