This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1010 days in preferring the above CMA.SR.No.10919 of 2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material available in the record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay in filling CMA.SR.No.10919 of 2025 is condoned.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
