This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner as well as his family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by one Dilli, petition enquiry in C.No.94 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
