This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15521 of 2025 vide order dated 21.05.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15521 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and shall appear before the respondent Police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
