Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to implement the order of the Taxation Appellate Tribunal dated 19.01.2022 in TAT No.13 of 2021 by mutating the corporation records / official website viz., Demand, Collection and Balance (DCB) Data maintained by the respondents of the petitioner property in New No.25/A7/1F, Old NO.14/A7/1F, Kader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2022 and reminder dated 03.08.2022.

I have considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for 5th respondent.
2.Although the petitioner has sought for a wider relief by seeking for an order to implement the order passed by the Taxation Appellate 2/4
Tribunal in TAT No.13 of 2021 vide order dated 19.01.2022, the Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition without expressing any opinion on merits by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 03.06.2022 and 03.08.2022. 3.Accordingly, the petitioner shall furnish a copy of the aforesaid representations afresh to the respondents along with a fresh representation if any, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representations of the petitioner shall be disposed of by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days thereafter. Needless to state that the petitioner shall be heard before disposing of the representations of the petitioner. 4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
