This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 27.03.2025 pronounced by the Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi made in Crl.MP.No.3596 of 2024 in RCS.No.1 of 2024 arising out of crime No.164 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents 2 & 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 3 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
