This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 98 days in paying the deficit court fee in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
