The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks some time to deposit the compensation amount as was ordered by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.289 of 2010 on 07.10.2015.

3.Four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in C.C.No.326 of 2005 before the Judicial Magistrate II, Salem.

4.The petition is accordingly ordered.
