C O M M O N O R D E R When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the prosecution witnesses were examined except L.W.5 and posted for examination of L.W.5 on 26.07.2023 in C.C.No.963 of 2020 and with regard to C.C.No.442 of 2021, L.W.7, L.W.8, L.W.9 and L.W.10 have to examine.

Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their grievance before the trial Court. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
