ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 18.09.2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 147, 148, 324, 302 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.1019 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have committed murder of the deceased.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner has no previous bad antecedents and would further submit that based on the confession of the co-accused, the petitioner was implicated in the case. He would further submit that the main accused in this case has already been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is the main informant. There were two groups in the locality and due to rival inbetween them, the petitioner group committed murder of the deceased and no co-accused have been enlarged on bail and would further submit that this Court vide order dated 28.10.2021 dismissed the petition seeking bail in Crl.O.P.Nos.18435, 19023 and 19035 of 2021 filed by the co-accused. He would further submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.20340 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 29.10.2021 has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20340 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
