[Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.] This petition is filed seeking to modify the order dated 16.12.2019 in OSA.No.371 of 2019 and CMP.Nos.16131, 21315 and 19554 of 2018, so as to conduct the election for the period 2021-2023. Since the interim order passed in the Civil Suit pertains to conducting of elections for the period 2017-2019, the present petition seeking modification of the order passed in the appeal, has become infructuous. It is for the petitioner to seek their remedy in the pending Suit in C.S.No.512 of 2018 before the learned Single Judge for appropriate orders.
