The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records relating to F.I.R. in Crime No.328 of 2011 dated 27.07.2011 on the file of first respondent and quash the proceedings.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.328 of 2011, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.369 of 2012.

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.328 of 2011, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
