ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner submitted an application dated 27.07.2016 to the 3rd respondent praying for permission to conduct a commercial exhibition / trade fair in the ground opposite to VG Hospital, Thudiyalur, between 12.09.2016 and 23.10.2016 and the said official, in the letter dated 09.08.2016 in Na.Ka.No.457/br/k/bjh/m//2016, addressed to the 2nd respondent made a positive recommendation. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that attempts are being made to grant permission to one M/s Home Links Exhibition, the 4th respondent herein, to conduct the exhibition in the very same place and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 10.08.2016 to the 2nd respondent through the 3rd respondent and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 10.08.2016 and 18.08.2016 in accordance with law after putting on notice the 4th respondent herein and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent herein.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
