ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15610 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate /Judge on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and further report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15610 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate/Judge on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and further report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed.
