Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time to the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned in Crl.OP.No.9250/2021 on 13.05.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 13.05.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poochampalli and for execution of the bond as imposed by this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poochampalli and for execution of the bond as imposed by this Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
