This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15262 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the same has been taken up on file in P.R.C No. 103 of 2022 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore, Chennai.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15262 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore, Chennai on first working day of every Month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
