Crl.M.P.No.14286 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18758 of 2021 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.477 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18758 of 2021 dated 21.01.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on monthly once for every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.477 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18758 of 2021 dated 21.01.2022 is relaxed in total.
