This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 02.09.2024 passed by the IV Additional Principal Family Court, at Chennai in M.P No.297 of 2023 in M.C.No.534 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 212 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
