(CRIME NO.1136/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17349 of 2021 order dated 27.09.2021 in Crime No.1136 of 2021 and pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.ARUN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17349 of 2021 on 27.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
