Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned confirmed permanent panel for the post of Assistants/Rural Welfare Officers Grade-I/Accountants issued by way of Executive proceedings made on 07.06.2016 in Na.Ka.No.397/2016/K3 by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to fix the seniority of the petitioner in accordance with Rule 20(b) of the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Services Rules in the permanent panel for the said posts for the year 2016 in the appropriate place and in the place of A.Jaythoonbi Assistant and consequently grant further promotion

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the impugned confirmed permanent panel dated 07.06.2016 issued by the fourth respondent for the post of Assistants/Rural Welfare Officers Grade-I/Accountants, with a further direction to the the fourth respondent to fix the seniority of the petitioner in accordance with Rule 20(b) of the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Services Rules.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the request of the petitioner has already been considered in view of paragraph No.8 of the counter affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also agreed with the said submission.

3. Recording the above said submissions, the writ petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
