ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of appointment order dated 04.03.2019 issued by the first respondent for Junior Assistant post in respect of the advertisement dated 04.02.2017 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents to award marks to the petitioner for answers of the question numbers 23,26,29,31,32,34,35,36,37,39,41,42,43 & 51 in the written examination held on 23.09.2017 in furtherance of advertisement dated 04.02.2017 issued by the first respondent and consequently, direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner based on the revised marks secured.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition as the petitioner has been given with Page No.2 of 4

an appointment order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
