ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the respondent details as the Inspector of Police, Nanilam Police Station, Thiruvavur District instead of Inspector of Police, Melpatti Police Station, Vellore District and Crime No.357 of 2024 instead of Crime No.172 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.9662 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.452 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.9662 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.452 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9662 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.452 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.
