This petition has been filed to combine the cause of actions in respect of infringement of trademark and passing off together in a single suit.

2. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegations stated in the affidavit , this court is of the view that the petition is liable to be ordered in order to avoid multiplicity of proceedings.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
