This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.438 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same. For Petitioner :

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.438 of 2021 was completed and the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi on 30.11.2021 and the said Final Report has also been taken on file in C.C.No.24 of 2023 .

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi shall take the Final Report on file, if it is otherwise in order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 21.07.2023 mrr 2/4
