2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the CRP was already dismissed against the first respondent and no relief was sought for. The Civil Revision Petition is pending from the year 2004. There is no interim order and learned counsel for petitioner is not in a position to tell the stage of the suit.

3. In these circumstances, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
