2. The above appeal was partly allowed on 29.08.2019 enhancing the compensation amount from Rs.39,27,200/- to Rs.61,00,000/- with interest. It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the entire compensation amount, as ordered by this Court on 29.08.2019, has been deposited by the respondent/ State Transport Corporation. Thus, the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The said compliance is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this Appeal.
