O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.09.2024, for the offence punishable under Section 341, 302 read with 120(B) r/w 34 of I.P.C, in Crime No.581 of 2008, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. This petitioner is an accused presently in S.C.No.441 of 2024, which split from main parent case in S.C.No.324 of 2013. He was absconding for nearly 14 years and was secured only on 30.09.2024. By that time, his case was split up from the parent case and assigned the new S.C.No.441 of 2024.

3. In view of the long abscondence of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
