The averments in the affidavit do not indicate that the petitioner's daughter, aged about 28 years, is under the unlawful or illegal custody of any third person. While that being so, the present prayer seeking for production of her daughter and setting her at liberty cannot be maintained. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
