This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 660 days in representing the above Appeal. 2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that there was some correction in the Appellate Court's judgment, with regard to day and date and therefore, it was sent to the Court below's counsel for rectification of mistake. Meanwhile, Covid-19 came in, and Junior clerk of the learned counsel for the Petitioner was affected by Covid-19. Therefore, the delay.

3.Considered the reasons stated for the delay of 660 days in re-presenting the above Appeal, the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner are accepted and the delay is condoned and the Petition is ordered as prayed for.
