Crl.O.P.No.22074 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.22074 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that since the absconding charge sheet was filed, the respondent was unable to secure the custody of the petitioner and case against the petitioner has been split up and assigned PRC.No.62 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application mentioning the correct PRC number.

3. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
