2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Transport Corporation submitted that the petitioner is questioning that the quantum of compensation granted by the Tribunal is excessive.

3.In view of the above submission, notice to the respondents 2 & 3 is dispensed with.

4.Mr.J.Titus Enock, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and submitted that 1st respondent/claimant has also filed C.M.A.No.2267 of 2022. He further submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay. 5.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, the delay of 85 days is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered.
