This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 330 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and he would raise objections in allowing the petition. 4.The 1st petitioner would aver that due to her financial inability and health problem, the delay of 330 days occurred, which is not wanton.

5. The reasons mentioned in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the delay of 330 days is condoned on condition to waive the interest for the delay period. 11.09.2025 Mac R. KALAIMATHI, J.
